At Cotopaxi Pre-Loved, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all certified secondhand items. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, we make it easy to return or exchange it to keep the adventure going.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the pre-loved items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, attach the shipping label securely, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
