Every item submitted to our Pre-Loved program undergoes a rigorous professional inspection. We check for structural integrity, functional hardware, and cleanliness, grading each piece as 'Like New,' 'Gently Used,' or 'Well Loved' so you know exactly what to expect.
What is your return policy for Pre-Loved gear?
To minimize our carbon footprint, all Pre-Loved sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or does not match the description provided on the product page, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Can I use Cotopaxi discount codes on Pre-Loved items?
Because our Pre-Loved items are already heavily discounted, they are excluded from most site-wide promotions, sales, and standard Cotopaxi discount codes unless specifically stated otherwise.
Are Pre-Loved items covered under the 61ndos Guarantee?
While our Pre-Loved items are built to last, they are sold as-is and are not covered by our standard lifetime warranty. We do, however, guarantee that the item will arrive in the condition described.
